一套安裝在生產(chǎn)設(shè)施和潔凈室微環(huán)境中的空氣凈化系統(tǒng)，用于供應(yīng)潔凈空氣、維持壓差、控制氣流，并去除99.9999%以上的0.1μm粒徑顆粒。
• 集成照明/離子發(fā)生器，智能控制系統(tǒng)（壓力、顆粒、氣流等），支持有線/無線控制
• 采用高效風(fēng)扇和電機，一定限度降低能耗
• 適中高度，一定限度地減少安裝空間限制
• 壓力平衡功能可防止污染擴散，并維持系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定，以應(yīng)對環(huán)境變化
An air cleaning system that is installed in the production facilities andmini environment in the clean room to supply clean air, maintain differential pressure,and control airflow and to remove more than 99.9999% of 0.1μm particles in size

SHINSUNG過濾單元FFU系列介紹
專用于潔凈室的空氣凈化系統(tǒng)，安裝在潔凈室天花板上，用于供應(yīng)和循環(huán)潔凈空氣，并能去除99.9999%以上的0.1μm粒徑顆粒。
• 潔凈室改造期間，可便捷地更改布局和潔凈度等級（1級至10,000級）。
• 由于采用低噪音設(shè)計，無需額外的吸音設(shè)施，從而降低了建設(shè)成本。
• 由于能耗低，顯著節(jié)省能源。
• 通過控制系統(tǒng)，可便捷地控制風(fēng)速并管理風(fēng)機單元（FFU）。
